May 4th – Ward 2 - Host by The Greater New Bedford Regional Refuse Management District
May 18th – Ward 5 – Hosted by SouthCoast Hospitals Group and in conjunction with the Friends of Buttonwood Park
June 15th – Ward 6 – Hosted by Me & Ed’s Family Restaurant
July 16th – No cleanup scheduled
August 17th – Ward 3 - Hosted by Veteran’s Transition House
September 21st – Ward 4 - Hosted by Barry’s Fine Wine and Spirits
I have a group on 20 youth from Middleboro, MA coming on a intercity work/mission trip June 20th -23rd and as part of their experience they would like to be involved in a clean up one or two afternoons. Is there any chance they could borrow brooms etc to use and what area of New Bedford would be great for them to tackle? I am other adults would be there to supervise. Is this a possibility?
